1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the online casino platform operated by 31jili ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") at https://31jili.cam and any associated mobile-optimized web interfaces. By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise interacting with the Platform, you ("the User", "you", "your") enter into a binding legal agreement with 31jili and unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply in addition to any supplemental rules, game-specific terms, bonus terms, and promotional terms that 31jili may publish from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplemental terms, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise in the supplemental document.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and maintain a 31jili account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time you access and use the Platform.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online casino gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 31jili, its affiliates, game software providers, or payment processing partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from the 31jili Platform for any reason.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

31jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to: a Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS card, PhilSys card, or any other government-issued photo ID. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 31jili may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) 31jili account. Duplicate accounts — whether using the same name, mobile number, email address, IP address, device, or any combination thereof — are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses across all associated accounts.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested. You further agree to promptly update this information whenever it changes. 31jili shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — is your sole responsibility. Notify 31jili support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 KYC Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations, all 31jili accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before the first withdrawal is processed. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and a recent selfie holding the ID. Additional documentation may be requested at 31jili's discretion, including proof of address and source of funds for large withdrawals.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

31jili accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your account dashboard.

All deposits are processed in PHP at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction for cryptocurrency deposits. 31jili does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Deposits are credited to your 31jili balance upon confirmation by the payment provider, which is typically instantaneous for GCash and Maya.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized owner of the payment account used. 31jili reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or withhold any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of applicable AML regulations.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after completing KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 2–6 business hours for fully verified accounts, subject to security review. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically completed fastest; bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, or UnionBank may take up to one (1) banking day.

31jili reserves the right to apply additional security checks to any withdrawal request, including but not limited to: large or unusual withdrawal amounts, first withdrawals from new accounts, withdrawal requests following account information changes, or withdrawals to newly added payment accounts. These checks may temporarily delay processing.

Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds that have not met wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus component of the balance.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

31jili offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. General bonus rules applicable to all 31jili promotions are as follows:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players 21 years of age or older only.
• Each promotional offer is limited to one (1) per player, household, device, IP address, and payment account, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount, as specified in the individual offer terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period as stated in the offer terms. Unclaimed or un-wagered bonuses expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• 31jili reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, and to reclaim bonus funds if it determines that a player has abused or attempted to abuse the promotion.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting mathematical loopholes, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

7. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 31jili Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by licensed game studios including, but not limited to, Jili Games, Pragmatic Play, and PG Soft. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random, independent, and not subject to manipulation by 31jili or any third party.

Bets placed via the Platform are binding and cannot be cancelled or reversed once confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error during a gaming session, 31jili will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. If a definitive game outcome cannot be determined due to a technical failure, 31jili reserves the right to void the round and return the stake to the player's account.

For sports betting, official results are used to determine outcomes. In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or incomplete match, applicable sports betting rules published on the Platform apply.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 31jili Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to the appropriate Philippine legal authorities:

• Providing false identity, age, or contact information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person in registering multiple accounts.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from outside the Philippines using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after receiving gaming services.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 31jili staff or other platform users.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 31jili content without prior written authorization from 31jili. Unauthorized use of Platform content may constitute a violation of applicable Philippine intellectual property laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 31jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruption, or technical malfunction.

31jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 31jili account during the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 31jili makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

31jili collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We comply with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

13. Suspension & Termination

31jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargebacks, payment reversal, or fraud notification from a payment provider.
• At the player's own request (voluntary account closure or self-exclusion).
• Compliance with a directive from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 31jili reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. In cases where account closure is not due to a breach by the player, any verified remaining balance will be refunded to the player's registered withdrawal account following applicable security and AML checks.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 31jili Platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter for resolution before the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines, including PAGCOR where applicable. By agreeing to these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for any unresolved disputes.

15. Amendments to These Terms

31jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will post a notice on the Platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must discontinue using the Platform and contact our support team to arrange account closure.
